Introductory Reflexology Course
According to the Reflexology Association of Canada, reflexology is defined as:
"...a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the hands and feet which correspond to every part, gland, and organ of the body...through application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation, and promotes the natural function of the related areas of the body."
Workshop Content
The 3 hour introductory workshop includes experience of the practice of reflexology, an overview of the course for certification by the Reflexology Association of Canada, and an opportunity to discuss and answer questions about Reflexology.
